• For some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
• Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. 

FREE UAE RETURNS - 14 Days 

To ensure our customers are always happy & satisfied with our products and service , we offer easy return option within 14 days from the day of delivery. Please note that we can only accept return if the item is ( unworn, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in, no stains, not ripped, in brand new condition ) 

Once we receive the item, our QC team inspects the product as per the policy and mentioned conditions above. If the product passed the QC we will proceed with the refund request.

The refund will be made within 48 hours or more depending on your bank. The refund will be credited within 5-8 working days or more depending on your bank processing TAT.

We only offer store credit option for all the international returns upon receipt. For international returns, we can accept a return request within 14 days after the delivered date. You will need to return the goods to us with your courier. To ship an item back to http://glossylounge.com

• You can request for the AWB number from our website and can download it from there. Once downloaded, print it and paste in on the return parcel.

لضمان سعادة ورضاء مستخدمينا عن منتجاتنا وخدماتنا دائما نقدم لكم إمكانية الارجاع واسترداد المبلغ داخل دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة مجانا في خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب، برجاء ملاحظة انه بإمكاننا قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة إذا كان المنتج لم يُلبس ويتم ارجاعه بداخل الحقيبة التي تم شحنه بداخلها مرفق معه الملصق المُرفق مع المنتج غير منزوعة من المنتج، وان يكون المنتج ليس عليه بُقع او مُمزق وبحالته الجديدة كليا

يمكننا تقديم رصيد بالمبلغ المسترد في حسابكم في متجرنا الالكتروني إذا كانت طريقة الدفع هي الدفع عند الاستلام 

وبرجاء العلم انه سيتم ارجاع المنتجات التي تم شراؤها أثناء التخفيضات على هيئة قسائم شراء بداخل متجرنا الالكتروني

بمجرد استلام المنتج سوف يتم عرضه علي فريق مراقبة الجودة وإذا استوفى الشروط المذكورة أعلى سوف يتم تقديم ارجاع المبلغ من قبلنا في خلال 48 ساعة أو أكثر بناءا على المدة التي تستغرقها معاملات البنوك التي تتعامل معها. وسوف يتم استلام الأموال في حسابكم البنكي في غضون 5 إلى 8 أيام بناءا على المدة التي تستغرقها معاملات البنوك التي تتعامل معها
